The draft minutes from yesterday's teleconference are available as N 0100 at the (private) WG4 document repository

Including the URL won't get you directly there, just to the main Ecma page
for all committees. You'd still need to logon to the Ecma site and then
select your committee, etc. And each member has a unique username and
password.
