2010 JTC 1 Plenary Resolutions directly and indirectly relevant to SC 34/WG4

Dear colleagues,

Resolution 3 is about schemas and permission notices provided by ITTF.
We already have a defect report, namely DR 09-0269, about this issue.

is the origin of this issue.

DSDL Part 7 (which has recently passed the FDIS ballot) uses the license 
shown in the defect report.  This license was prepared by Alex and ITTF.

I will add this topic to the agenda.
