Yes, it puts all serial runtime date values after 1900-02-28 off with 1.

I don't see how the date 1900-02-29 is allowed at all in S spreadsheets.
As Jirka pointed out, it conflicts with ISO-8601 and (by extension) also
xsd:datetime .
