DR 09-180 WML: Table cell id length and content constraints

This is in regards to the CH defect report.  Our proposed response is as follows.
DR 09-180 WML: Table cell id length and content constraints
No change needed.

It is application defined to interpret the id associated with a table cell. According to this standard any string can be specified as an id. This concept is similar to W3C HTML 4.01 standard in specifying a string value for a number of attributes.

Restricting the content of this attribute would negatively affect backwards compatibility as well as interoperability with existing implementations of the standard.
