Canceled (Re: Extraneous AMD2 conference call next week)

Dear colleagues,

Chris proposed to cancel the next conference since the final text for
a DAM ballot is not ready.  Nobody has argued against.  I think that 
WG4 can wisely use our resources by encouraging experts to prepare 
very well for the Beijing meeting rather than by having another 
teleconf for DRs.   I thus agree to cancel the next teleconf.
