The new WG4 document repository has been set up and is ready for use

Murata-san and I have been working to move all the WG4 documents over to the
new WG4 site, and we're finished. It's at

Note that some documents are public (unlocked padlock icon) while others are
committee-private (locked padlock icon). [Committee-private access requires
the SC 34 user id and password, which you must obtain from the SC 34
Secretariat through your National Body or Liaison organization.]

In general, meeting minutes and announcements and all papers are public, and
drafts of specs at various levels must be made private. You will see that
the most recent meeting minutes document is private; it is also labeled
DRAFT. Once the committee has approved it, it will move to public.
