Update on COR2 status. All known issues have been addressed

I have completed the following tasks:

1.	Integrated all of the new edits in John Haug's paper (now posted as
document N 0215) attached to his email of 2011-11-15 w.r.t DR 11-0021.
2.	Produced new versions of Parts 1 and 4 of the COR2 set. See
documents sc34-wg4-2011-0210-rev3.zip and sc34-wg4-2011-0213-rev3.zip on the
website.
3.	Updated the DR log.

Next Monday morning, my time, 2011-11-28, I will submit the COR2 set to
Kimura-san, so she can start the 3-month ballot. If you have any more
corrections on this set, please post them to this email list as soon as
possible.
