New SC 34/WG4 document posted, "Revising a Standard (Using IS 29500-3 as an Example)"

At its Prague Face-to-Face meeting in 2012-02, WG4 agreed to begin work on a
revision of IS 29500-3, "Markup Compatibility and Extensibility". As many of
WG4's members have not been involved in revising an ISO/IEC standard, and
some of the rules and terminology have changed, this paper outlines that
process, using the revision of 29500-3 as an example.

Please read this document in advance of the Brazil meeting where I expect to
present it.
