Zip query

[Rex Jaeschke]

Part 2 has never been amended (via an AMD), but was changed by both COR1
(minimal front matter only) and COR2 (substantive corrections). The only
evidence I can find w.r.t AppNote version is in the DR Caroline identified
below, DR 11-0023, whose resolution went into COR2 and is now part of the
2012 consolidated reprint. We still point to the AppNote 6.2.0 and I see no
suggestion in the DR log to change the version we reference.
