Some examples have been added

Dear colleagues,

I have added five examples (about Ignorable and ProcessContents) to the
semantics wiki page [1].  Clause x needs a few more examples.  Clause Y
needs 10(?) examples for highlighting interactions of MCE constructs.

All examples are stored at the svn repository [2]
