Thank you for the minutes.

We added "Flat file format" to the agenda.  We had only very short
discussions, and made no decisions though.

The URL shown in the section for DR 12-0006 is incorrect.
It is

DR 13-0004

After the first sentence, please add.

  Note: MS Office 2007 raises an error when a MustUnderstand
  attribute at an extLst specifies a non-understood namespace
  but it does not raise an error if the attribute is moved to an ext
  element.
