Flat Packaging Format (Possible OOXML extension 30114-3).

Dear WG4 members,
Happy new year!
I am wondering if we need something special about
relationships parts and [Content_Types].xml. If I am
not mistaken, it is not possible to have round-trip
conversion without losing some information in
[Content_Types].xml.
