Is Dennis Hamilton attending WG4? He has done a lot of Digital Signature work on ODF and may be able to help.

As John has mentioned in the past, our internal digital signature expert (David LeBlanc) has moved to another job and as far as I know hasn't been replaced yet.

I feel at a loss about 13.2.4 in OPC.  Which prose in this subclause simply reiterates what is already said in XML Signature Syntax and Processing (Second Edition)?

Without some expert in digital signature, I do not think that we can make progress.  The addition of XAdES to OOXML also needs such experts.
