21320-1 and OPC

Alex,

Do you think that ISO/IEC CD 21320-1 be used as a normative reference
in the OPC revision?

I am interested but there are some concerns:

  - At present, OPC uses an old version of APPNOTE.
    ISO/IEC CD 21320-1 uses a newer version.

  - Restrictions on ZIP in ISO/IEC CD 21320-1
    are not identical(?) to those in OPC

How do you feel?
