“content type” vs. “media type” terminology

Folks,

In Seattle, we made a lot of progress.  Thanks to
Caroline, our decisions are recorded.  I think that
I should try to revise the current wording based on
the decisions.

But I would like to ask a question.  Should we
use "the Content Types stream"?  Or should
we instead use "the Media Types stream"?

I now think that "the Media Types stream" is better,
We certainly cannot change the file name "[Content_Types].xml"
but we can change this term.   Right?
