PLEASE PROOF: Draft Minutes of the Teleconference, 2015-04-09

Minutes look OK to me.  Attached are some notes from a more careful look at the changes to media type from content type in Murata-san's draft circulated on April 3.  I did find a few issues apart from those I brought up on the call.

As I said on the call, I will be away for four weeks.
