DR-15-0017: Remove redundant drawingml attributes from Part 4

Attached is the companion DR to DR 15-0016.

This one removes from Part 4 all those dml-related attributes that really
have no namespace.

Not surprisingly, the table of attribute/subclause removals in DR 15-0017
contains the same set of attributes slated for editing by DR 15-0016, except
that the attributes in the table below from Part 1 do not currently have
counterparts in Part 4, which was probably an oversight when the namespace
change was implemented. In any event, they shouldn’t be there.

Murata-san, please check that my understanding regarding these attributes is
correct. In Part 1, they all are in the ../drawingml/.. namespace.
