Core Properties Part of OPC

Dear colleagues,

I am now rewriting all element descriptions using the
Part 1/4 notation rather than imformal diagrams.  While
doing so, I find the Core Properties Part lack
descriptions of all elements except the root element
coreProperties.

In other words, OPC-specific elements (category,
contentStatus, keywords, lastModifiedBy, lastPrinted,
revision, and version) are never described in prose.
Dublin Core elemnts (dc:creator, dc:description,
dc:identifier, dc:language, dc:subject, dc:title,
dcterms:created, and dcterms:modified) are borrowed
from Dublin Core, but there is no prose about them.

We have to add some text for them.  I will try.
