DR 17-0006: SML: various attributes missing from the schema

This mail explains eight commits at the beginning of this
page.

1. §18.3.1.38, “evenFooter”, xml:space attribute. Not only
evenFooter, but also oddHeader, oddFooter, evenHeader, firstHeader,
and firstFooter. Requires changes to prose for these elements.

I added a complex type.  Thus prose in 18.3.1.38 has to be modified.


2. §18.5.1.1, “calculatedColumnFormula”, xml:space attribute, but
requires the addition of xml:space in 18.5.1.6

The complex type is shared by another element totalsRowFormula in
18.5.1.6.  I suppose that this attribute also has to be added there.


3. §18.3.1.40, “f”, xml:space attribute

I assume that xml:space is optional since other occurrences of this
attributes are optional.


4. §18.3.1.29, “dataConsolidate”, xml:space attribute

I assume that xml:space is optional since other occurrences of this
attributes are optional.


5. §18.3.1.1, “anchor”, z-order attribute

Is this attribute optional and the default value is 0?  I have
no ideas.


6. §18.2.5, “definedName”, xml:space attribute

I assume that xml:space is optional since other occurrences of this
attributes are optional.


7. §18.7.5, “commentPr”, colHidden, rowHidden attributes

I guess that @rowHidden and @colHidden are optional and the default
value is false, but I have no supporting evidence.


8. DR 15-0023: Addition of the uiObject attribute

I assume optionality and default="false" because of two other
occurrences of this attribute

use="optional" default="false"/>
sml.xsd:3057:    <xsd:attribute name="uiObject" type="xsd:boolean"
use="optional" default="false"/>
sml.xsd:3117:    <xsd:attribute name="uiObject" type="xsd:boolean"
