Hi Makoto,

thanks for the reminder. I won't be able to attend this evening. Is there  
anyway I can check which are my issues without bouncing around live.com  
and Excel?

Regarding DR 17-0029 I've been informed by a Chinese user that the  
following characters also have to be quoted:

"（）；"

Note these are not latin punctuation characters but Chinese symbols. In  
XML this is \xef\xbc\x88\xef\xbc\x89\xef\xbc\x9b

Apparently \u3000 also needs quoting. This is \xe3\x80\x80 in XML.
