DR-18-0001: Remove legacy codePage attribute from Part 1

Here is my proposal for addressing this DR.


12.3.23 Workbook Part

Replace

<webPublishing codePage="1252"/>

by

<webPublishing characterSet="ISO-8859-15"/>

18.2.24 webPublishing

@characterSet

Drop this sentence.

     If this attribute is not present then the
     codePage attribute can be used.

Part 4 should reintroduce this sentence.

18.2.27 workbook

Replace

<webPublishing codePage="1252"/>

by

<webPublishing characterSet="ISO-8859-15"/>

18.13.12 textPr

@characterSet

Drop this sentence.

     If this attribute is not present then the
     codePage attribute are used.

Part 4 should reintroduce this sentence.

@fileType

Replace

Only one of fileType and characterSet or
codePage shall be specified for a textPr.

by

Only one of fileType and characterSet shall
be specified for a textPr.

Part 4 should reintroduce the original sentence.

L.2.12.14 Connection XML

Replace

codePage="437"

by

   characterSet="IBM437"

L.2.13.3.3 Workbook XML

Replace

<webPublishing codePage="1252"/>

by

<webPublishing characterSet="ISO-8859-15"/>
