Minor conflict between DR 16-0017 and 17-0027

There is a minor conflict between these two DRs.  As
the default value of some attributes of pivotTableStyleInfo,
DR 16-0017 uses "false", while DR 17-0027 uses "0".

As part of DR 16-0017, we adopted:

   For clarity, add use=“optional” to the schema attribute
   declarations for @showColHeaders, @showColStripes, @showRowHeaders
   and @showRowStripes. Add default=“false” to all five attribute
   declarations.

But as part of DR 17-0027, we adopted:

   §18.10.1.74 pivotTableStyleInfo (@showColHeaders, @showColStripes,
   @showRowHeaders, @showRowStripes) (CT_PivotTableStyle) – in each
   case default value 0

I propose to use "false" rather than "0" since "false" is more readable.
