Revisiting DR-16-0007, "SML: omissions and inconsistencies in the specification of attributes"

Although we closed this DR at the London meeting in June, when I went to write up the detailed edits, I discovered that two of the issues had not been resolved although Francis did propose solutions. They involve §18.13.13 and §18.14.15. See the bits highlighted in red in the attached DR log file.

 

Let’s address them on the next teleconference.
