Simple questions re Part 1: 21.1.2.4.12, "lstStyle (Text List Styles)"

lvl1pPr is a style, which specifies a collection of text properties
applicable to first-level elements.  For non-first-level elements,
we have lvl2pPr, lvl3pPr, and so forth.  A lstStyle element
specifies each of these styles, and is thus "the list of styles".
