Drafting of text for Amendment of ISO/IEC 26300:2006 to align with ODF v1.1

Dear members of WG 6

With reference to my action from the last teleconference meeting to prepare
a draft text for distribution today, I am afraid that this has not been
possible due to pressure of other work. However, the beginnings of a draft
is in preparation and will be circulated no later than 2010-06-16.
