Yes, the whole xml:space usage in OOXML is little bit perverse, but I
think that xml:space should be added to SpreadsheetML to be aligned with
WordprocessingML. (Actually I found this inconsistency myself long time
ago, but I haven't yet time to review already submitted comments and
only "fresh" issues.)
