DR 09-178 WML: Syntax for, and handling of, fieldCodes values

This is in regards to the CH defect report.  Our proposed response is as follows.
DR 09-178 WML: Syntax for, and handling of, fieldCodes values
No change needed.

The standard explicitly states the fieldCodes attribute uses "the set of field switches defined by the LINK field, as specified in §17.16." Section 17.16 and 17.16.5.32 specify the exact syntax of LINK field, which is

LINK field-argument-1 field-argument-2 [ field-argument-3 ] [ switches ]

Someone skilled in the arts will be able to understand what values can be specified for the fieldCodes attribute.
