Hi all,

 

As you might remember (for those that attended the last F2F in Copenhagen),
Danish Standards is located quite far from any restaurants so choices for
lunch is rather limited.

 

There are basically two options for us:

 

1.       Order in sandwiches for everybody for lunch

2.       Eat lunch/buffet in the cafeteria at DS.

 

The prices are this:

 

1: DKK 40/person/day

2: DKK 105/EUR 15 / person/day

 

There is one caveat, though. The DKK 40/person/day is only available if you
choose this for all three days - and they need to know the number of
delegates wanting this option the week before we arrive. The buffet-option,
however, is available on a day-by-day basis where payment is done at the
front desk.

 

DS accepts Danish currency and EUR and you will need to pay the exact amount
since they cannot give change. They do also accept VISA and MasterCard,
should you wish to pay with either of those payment cards.

 

If you wish to have sandwiches ordered in, please let me know be replying to
me. On Wednesday (the 30th of January) I'll let DS know how many they need
to order for.
