Here I cover the use of VML in DrawingML in this mail.
In both S and T, ext elements in dml-chart.xsd and dml-main.xsd allow VML.,
and graphicData elements in dml-main.xsd allow VML. I think that
we need prose in Part 1 for disallow the use of VML, and prose in Part4
for allowing it.
dml-chart.xsd:32:
<xsd:element name="ext" type="CT_Extension" minOccurs="0"
maxOccurs="unbounded"/>
<xsd:complexType name="CT_Extension">
<xsd:sequence>
<xsd:any processContents="lax"/>
</xsd:sequence>
<xsd:attribute name="uri" type="xsd:token"/>
</xsd:complexType>
dml-main.xsd:185:
<xsd:element name="ext" type="CT_OfficeArtExtension" minOccurs="0"
maxOccurs="unbounded"/>
<xsd:complexType name="CT_OfficeArtExtension">
<xsd:sequence>
<xsd:any processContents="lax" minOccurs="0" maxOccurs="unbounded"/>
</xsd:sequence>
<xsd:attribute name="uri" type="xsd:token" use="required"/>
</xsd:complexType>
dml-main.xsd:866:
<xsd:element name="graphicData" type="CT_GraphicalObjectData"/>
<xsd:complexType name="CT_GraphicalObjectData">
<xsd:sequence>
<xsd:any minOccurs="0" maxOccurs="unbounded"
processContents="strict"/>
</xsd:sequence>
<xsd:attribute name="uri" type="xsd:token" use="required"/>
</xsd:complexType>

Makoto
