Hi Makoto,

thanks for continuing to look at this. Given the variety I think the most  
important thing for implementers is that quoting is always possible and  
doubling any apostrophes: it's what I've started to do. More important  
perhaps is making sure that the list of illegal characters is  
comprehensive.
