DR 17-0027 - proposed changes to prose

Murata-san has made the schema changes that are necessary to resolve
this DR. Prose changes have not been made where needed, so I propose the
following:

§18.5.1.2 table - description of @connectionId: I proposed a clean-up of
the second paragraph in my original DR, but on reflection I would prefer:

    This shall only be used for tables that are based off of xml
    maps_created from XML mappings_.

(Compare with the first paragraph of §18.5.1.7).

§18.11.1.1 header - description of @maxRId: I propose that a sentence be
added to the end of the first paragraph of the description as follows:

    The lowest revision id that belongs to this header. _If this
    attribute is omitted, the default value is the current value of the
    attribute minRId._

In my opinion, none of the following clauses need prose changes:

§18.2.2, §18.2.28, §18.3.1.10, §18.3.1.33, §18.3.1.52, §18.3.1.68,
§18.3.1.78, §18.3.1.93, §18.3.2.4, §18.8.1, §18.8.4, §18.8.33,
§18.10.1.33, §18.10.1.57, §18.10.1.69, §18.10.1.73, §18.10.1.74,
§18.10.1.88, §18.11.1.9, §18.16.1.

With reference to §18.10.1.73, I notice that I overlooked several
attributes for which default values are not defined, which are all to be
found in AG_AutoFormat, and default values are defined in the MS Office
implementer notes. These include:

@autoFormatId - default value "1" (see MS-OI29500, 2.1.778, page 342).

@applyNumberFormats, @applyBorderFormats, @applyFontFormats,
@applyPatternFormats, @applyAlignmentFormats, @applyWidthHeightFormats -
default value "0" (or "false") (see MS-OI29500, 2.1.778, page 343-344).

I think that these default values should similarly be added to the
schema. No prose changes are needed.

Francis
