I attach draft minutes of the teleconference meeting held on 2010-07-21.
Please advise me of any errors or omissions.

 

Please note that an important decision of yesterday's meeting was to
schedule an additional teleconference meeting for 2010-08-18 at 13:00 UTC. I
append below a draft agenda for this additional teleconference meeting.

 

I shall be mostly on vacation from now until 2010-08-09. This is my excuse,
if I am slow at responding to emails during this period.
